The speculative duplex that we designed for Mike Magner at Kate Bohen is just about complete. Beth Freeman and I swung by last week to check out the finishes that the owner’s selected. They really look great and I wanted to share some of the pictures.
While we were there Kate mentioned that they are almost ready to come by our office to start designing the next project.
